Without going into the particulars, the Supreme court just ruled that the president does not have the power to "Create Law" ..that only congress has that power(I thought I learned that in fourth grade)...the surprising part is that 2 or 3 judges were decenters to the opinion...I'm sure Whit or Mokey Joe will have the particulars..Pop'
